California Kidscape aka CALKIDS is an hourly, drop in child care center, that provides a safe, healthy and creative indoor/outdoor environment where parents can leave their children to play, participate in activities and learn. Our facility allows parents the peace of mind that their children are in good hands while they work, run errands, go to appointments, or just relax with a day off or night out. CALKIDS is a place where kids can be kids, while enhancing their motor and verbal skills, developing social aptitude and enriching their lives in a fun and loving play environment.

We have a state of the art, well equipped Infant Center that is private from the rest of the facility. We have procedures in place that provide a safe, sanitary, loving, and nurturing environment for your little ones. |
All CALKIDS staff are highly trained with backgrounds in early childhood education, health and safety training, in addition to being CPR and First Aid Certified. CALKIDS staff members that work in our infant room also have specialty courses in infant and toddler care and development. We are very proud of our staff and only hire those with an impressive combination of education and experience in the early childhood field. Additionally, all CALKIDS staff members under go a thorough criminal background check and many are Trustline certified. You can feel confident that your child is in a quality facility with quality caregivers. |

Our facility is set up so that we can alter the space to meet the needs of both our preschoolers [SEE OUR Ever so Popular PRESCHOOL PROGRAM] and school aged children. Our high quality staff supervises all activities and makes sure that different age groups are in separate area with peers of similar age group while being involved in fun, age appropriate activities. Our job is to create a play space with activities that enable your child to explore, use their imagination, express and develop their creative and artistic skills, while enhancing and affording them opportunities for learning. |
